Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship physical products only within the United States.

Digital downloads are available worldwide and can be accessed immediately after purchase.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days, although processing times may vary depending on the product.

Many of our products are made to order and ship directly from our production partners. Because of this, processing times may be slightly longer than items that are stocked in-house.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are provided during checkout and vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping method selected.

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped, when available.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment, when available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at regina@roamingregina.com, and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Please note that once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at regina@roamingregina.com. If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible.
